I hate talking to a robot on the phone!

My ordeals with HSBC, PCCW (and countless other conglomerates who don’t care about their customers anymore) etc over the telephone the past month are no joke. I could get a helluva lot done in the 20 minutes that I’m put on hold. I don’t have the time to play their silly games, like having to figure out whether pressing 2 or pressing 5 might be the quickest route to getting to speak to a real human being.

This might just be the solution (but it’s still in beta). Sigh.

The logo and colours look suspiciously like Skype‘s, no ?
